STATESBORO - The Georgia Southern swimming team will close the regular season with a meet against the North Florida Ospreys on Saturday, January 27 from the Aquatics Center at the RAC. The meet is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.

Georgia Southern and North Florida have met twice this season already, with the Ospreys getting the better of the Eagles both times. In the fall semester, the season opened at the Osprey Invitational where Georgia Southern finished in fourth place. A few weeks later, the Eagles returned to Jacksonville to battle with the Ospreys, falling 149-113 to UNF.

Last season, the two squads met in Statesboro to close the regular season, where he Eagles prevailed by a score of 209-85 over UNF.
