1) Why did you choose Georgia Southern to play for the Eagles?
I've visited Georgia Southern University while my older brother Pascal was playing for the men's tennis team. While searching for a University's tennis team myself a few years later I remembered my visit when me and coach talked over Zoom. The familiarity and great first impression I had gotten from my visit to Georgia Southern made me confident that the University and the tennis team were a right fit for me.
2) Who is the one person in your life that you look up to the most?
I look up to my older brother Pascal because he has achieved a lot since entering college, such as graduating with a 4.0 GPA, getting the title of Scholar Athlete of the Year awarded, and finding a great job opportunity in a wonderful city right after his finishing his masters. Though he is different from me as a person, I hope that I can also find success after college like he did, so that's why I look up to him the most.
3) What's one place in the world that you'd love to travel to someday?
I would definitely like to visit Japan. I love everything about the country and it's culture, so i hope I can visit places such as Tokyo one day. Â
4) Did you have a favorite toy growing up? What was it?
I had many toys growing up, but my favorite ones were My Littlest Pet Shop. I used to have almost as much of a hundred of the tiny animals, as almost every time I played a good match or went to practice with my mom I would get one.Â
5) If you weren't playing tennis, what other sport do you think you might be playing right now, either professionally or in college?
I used to do track and field when I was around 12 years old, so if it weren't for tennis I'm pretty sure I could have continued doing that. My favorite activities were the javelin throw and the high jump.
