STATESBORO - The Georgia Southern swimmers will head to Jacksonville, Fla., for the second match up against the North Florida Ospreys this season on Saturday, Oct. 14.

The Eagles opened the season in the Osprey Invite at UNF, which also had Campbell and Florida State in the field. The invitational saw Florida State come out on top and take the victory in the invite.

Georgia Southern's swimmers notched two victories last week during a dual meet with SCAD-Savannah and Gardner-Webb, defeating the Bees by a score of 213-46 and defeating the Runnin' Bulldogs by a score of 182-78.

This weekend's meet will not be streamed, but fans can follow along with live updates through the MeetMobile app. Results will be posted to GSEagles.com at the conclusion of the meet.

The Eagles will take a few weeks before heading north to Atlanta, Ga., to take part in the Emory Invitational from Friday, Nov. 3, to Saturday, Nov. 4.
