STATESBORO - The 12th-ranked Georgia Southern rifle squad returns to action on Saturday as it hosts 19th-ranked The Citadel at the Shooting Sports Education Center. Action begins at 8 a.m. with a single relay. Admission is free.

The Eagles have won 17 consecutive SoCon matches dating back to a Oct. 31, 2020 loss to UAB at home.

Georgia Southern opened its season last weekend at home, downing North Georgia in SoCon action, as well as Georgia Military, on Saturday before falling to No. 2 TCU on Sunday. The squad set a school record for aggregate on the first day and then broke that record on Sunday with a 4,702.
