STATESBORO – Georgia Southern sophomore student-athletes will participate in resume skills camp presented by Georgia Southern Career Services Wednesday, Sept. 21, as part of the school's APEX (Athletes Preparing for Employment Experiences) program.
The event will begin at 7 p.m. in the Art Building, and Eagle student-athletes will receive advice from Georgia Southern Career Services on the does and don'ts of putting together their resumes.
The APEX program is designed to help prepare Georgia Southern student-athletes for the ultimate challenge after their playing careers- life. Led by Senior Associate Athletics Director Student-Athlete Development

Tracy Ham, the APEX program fosters the holistic growth of all Georgia Southern student-athletes based on four pillars: life skills, leadership development, career growth and community engagement. The vision statement of the program is to "develop confident and independent leaders to win in their careers, communities and households."
