Softball Alters Weekend Sun Belt Series With Appalachian State

Eagles will now play the Mountaineers Friday and Saturday at Eagle Field
STATESBORO - Due to expected inclement weather in the Statesboro area this weekend, Georgia Southern has altered its upcoming Sun Belt Conference series against Appalachian State at Eagle Field.
Georgia Southern and Appalachian State will now play a doubleheader on Friday, April 16, beginning at 2:30 p.m. The final game of the series is tentatively scheduled for 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 17, weather permitting.
