
SERIES PREVIEW - Eagles Host Towson This Weekend

STATESBORO, Ga. - Georgia Southern baseball returns home after a midweek matchup in Jacksonville, Florida to host the Towson Tigers this weekend. The Eagles enter play on Friday with a 3-5 record, after defeating North Florida in the midweek. The Tigers travel to Statesboro, holding a 1-6 record on the season.
Right hander Jordan Jackson picked up his first win of the season on Wednesday, pitching four innings of one hit baseball. The Eagles would go on to defeat UNF 3-1 in the midweek and will look to continue that momentum into the weekend.
