
Georgia Southern Student-Athletes Participate in Personal Branding Night

STATESBORO – Georgia Southern junior and senior student-athletes participated in Personal Branding Night Monday in the Nessmith-Lane Conference Center as part of the Georgia Southern Athletics APEX (Athletes Preparing for Employment EXperiences) program.
Jordan Riles, owner of Riles Resumes Plus+, spoke about personal branding, leveraging social media platforms and networking.
Led by Senior Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Development Gleen Hart and Senior Associate Athletics Director for Administration Tracy Ham, the APEX program fosters the holistic growth of all Georgia Southern student-athletes based on four pillars: life skills, leadership development, career growth and community engagement. The vision statement of the program is to "develop confident and independent leaders to win in their careers, communities and households."
