The Eagles tee off at 9 a.m. in Sunday’s final round.
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Ella Ofstedahl carded a 74 to lead the Georgia Southern women's golf team Saturday in the second round of the Lady Paladin Invitational at Furman University Golf Club.
The Eagles are tied for 10th with Richmond, four shots behind Old Dominion in ninth and six back of Coastal Carolina in eighth. Wake Forest leads the field, followed by Furman, North Florida, UNC Wilmington and Kansas.
Ofstedahl began the day on the 10th hole and played her first six holes 1-under with birdies on 11 and 15. She finished the back nine even and made par on the first three holes on the front.
Alberte Thuesen played the final 15 holes of her round 1-over on her way to a 75, and Sarah Noonan shot 1-over on her final 10 holes to post a 76.
