JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Natalie Petersen shot an even-par 144 to lead the Georgia Southern women's golf team into a tie for ninth after the first two rounds of the UNF Collegiate Monday at the Jacksonville Golf and Country Club.
The Eagles are tied with Jacksonville State, a stroke behind Southern Mississippi, and nine shots behind Sam Houston State in fifth.
Petersen rolled in a team high four birdies in the second round to shoot a 72 and is in 11th place on the individual leaderboard. Ella Ofstedahl shot a 73 in the first round, while Ansley Bowman and Sarah Noonan carded 74s in the second.
