The Eagles open the spring season at the Amelia Island Collegiate Feb. 18-19. It's the second of four trips to Florida this season, which culminates with at the Sun Belt Championship at LPGA International in Daytona in mid-April.
It's the Eagles' third appearance in the event as GS placed seventh in 2016 and 2017.
GS capped the fall with a fifth-place finish in the Idle Hour Collegiate in Macon, Ga., Nov. 6. Ella Ofstedahl placed third, her fifth top-10 in her last seven events and second top-5 in a row. Ansley Bowman tied for sixth, her third consecutive top-5 outing. Georgia Southern shot 299 as a team in the final round, the third-lowest score of the day, and topped James Madison by a stroke.
GS will use its fifth different lineup this season. Bowman makes her 33rd start for the Eagles, and Ofstedahl makes her 20th. Collett is in the lineup for the 12th time, and Petersen makes her 15th start. Bell makes her second straight start and third of the season.
