True Bue Spirit Competition | Buy Tickets | 2018 Schedule

STATESBORO, Ga. - Paint the Town Blue officially begins on Sunday, Aug. 26 with several events. There are multiple ways for you to Paint the Town Blue and here's how:
• Enter your business or campus department in the True Blue Spirit Competition. Click here for more information and to register.
• Decorate your home, place of business, etc. with GS Athletics posters (football, volleyball, soccer), schedule cards, signs, window paint, etc. Posters and schedule cards are available at the Athletics Ticket Office located at 203 Lanier Dr, Statesboro, GA. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. If you would like a stack of schedule cards to place at your business, call Athletic Marketing at 912-478-1500
• Use our traditional hashtags on social media: #HailSouthern, #GATA, #PackPaulson, #TrueBlue, etc.
• Post your photos wearing your True Blue colors on social media. Make sure to tag @GSathletics on Twitter and Instagram or Georgia Southern Athletics on Facebook.
• Purchase official Georgia Southern Athletics gear and merchandise. Click here to buy.

• Let's keep it going all season long! Wear your True Blue colors every Monday to show your school pride and spirit.
• Inside Georgia Southern Football – 7:00pm, Eagle Creek Brewing Company -Join us live at the Eagle Creek Brewing Company for Inside Georgia Southern Football with head coach Chad Lunsford.

Wednesday, August 29
Judging of True Blue Spirit Competition
• Athletic Marketing Staff will go around town and on-campus to take pictures and judge.
• Winners will be recognized at first home football game on Sept. 1

Thursday, August 30
Campus Blitz
• Georgia Southern Athletics will be setup on-campus with free giveaways, corn hole, and posters. Keep your eyes open for free stuff!

Friday, August 31
GAME DAY! Soccer Doubleheader at Eagle Field – Erk Park
• Women's Soccer vs. Stetson at 4 p.m.
• Men's Soccer vs. North Florida at 8 p.m.
• Join us for a Field Day including free t-shirts with a tye-dye station, moon bounce for the kids, $1 snow cones, and fun games!
• Students get in free with Eagle ID and general public may purchase tickets at GSEagles.com/Tickets

Saturday, September 1
GAME DAY! Football vs. South Carolina State – 6 p.m., Allen E. Paulson Stadium
• Paint the Town Blue will cap off with the football season opener! A lot of great promotions will commence including the Night of Champions, GATA Club Reunion, and Band Day with the Southern Pride Marching Band. Students get in free with Eagle ID and general public may purchase tickets at GSEagles.com/Tickets
