Georgia Southern Baseball to Host Alumni Reunion on Saturday, January 27

Held in conjunction with the Evening with the All-Stars on Friday, January 26
The Georgia Southern University baseball program would like to invite all former baseball alumni student-athletes, coaches, trainers, equipment managers and their families to the 2018 Baseball Alumni Reunion to be held Friday, January 26 and Saturday, January 27, 2018!
On Friday, kick off the weekend by attending An Evening with the All-Stars with guest speaker and former Atlanta Braves All-Star, Fred McGriff! Join the team as we celebrate the Georgia Southern baseball program and honorees who will be inducted into the Wall of Fame! Honorees include Jason Cadenhead (1999-2002), Matt Herring (2000-02), Greg Dowling (2003-06), Everett Teaford (2004-06) and Eric Phillips (2009-12). The evening will also include dinner with a current Georgia Southern baseball player, cash bar, and a silent and live auction!
All alumni who have paid their 2017-18 GATA Club/Eagle Baseball Alumni Association dues will receive one complimentary ticket and have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets for $50.00 each. Baseball alumni who have not paid their dues will be able to purchase tickets for $50.00 each at GSEagles.com/AllStar.
On Saturday, January 27, alumni are invited to participate in batting practice and to relive the glory days during an alumni game at J.I. Clements Stadium. Lunch will be provided following the game and participants are invited to watch the current baseball team in action at their intrasquad scrimmage! To close out the weekend, alumni will reconvene at the men's basketball game versus the University of Texas at Arlington. The game tips off at 5:00 p.m. and the Wall of Fame honorees will also be honored during the game.
All former Georgia Southern baseball alumni student-athletes, coaches, managers and athletic trainers are eligible to receive one complimentary ticket for the game against UTA and can purchase additional family tickets for $8.00 per ticket. Tickets can be picked up and purchased upon arrival to the game and will be in the upper reserved section.
