Jenna Wylie joins Georgia Southern women’s golf staff

Wylie spent the last two seasons at Armstrong State.
STATESBORO, Ga. – Georgia Southern women's golf coach Emily Kuhfeld announced today that Jenna Wylie has joined her staff as an assistant coach.
Wylie finished her second season as an assistant coach for the Armstrong men's and women's golf program in 2016-17. A former Peach Belt Conference Golfer of the Year and three-time WGCA All-American for the Pirates during her career, Wylie graduated from Armstrong with her bachelor's degree in psychology in 2014. The Pirate women won the Peach Belt in 2016 and advanced to the NCAA South Regional in each of the last two seasons.
"We are excited to have Jenna join our staff," said Kuhfeld. "She brings coaching and playing experience that will be an asset to our program! I have been impressed with her energy, great attitude and work ethic in getting to know Jenna and believe she will be a great fit with our program and help us reach our lofty goals."
A native of Fleetwood, England, Wylie was an honorable mention WGCA All-American as a sophomore in 2011-12, advancing to the 2012 NCAA DII National Championships as an individual and finishing 21st. She was named the PBC Co-Player of the Year and a third-team WGCA All-American as a junior in 2012-13 and as a senior, she earned WGCA Scholar All-America and honorable mention All-American honors.
