QUOTABLES
Cross Country Coach Franz Holmes
"Today was our last tune up meet before the conference meet, and we also got a chance to preview the NCAA South Regional course. It was great competition and a great atmosphere. Our team dropped their times from last year and ran some of the best performances in program history. You can't ask for much more than that. I look forward to it all coming together at Sun Belt Championships in Boone."
