Military Appreciation Night Set for Feb. 4 Basketball Doubleheader

STATESBORO, Ga. - Military Appreciation Night is set for Thursday's basketball doubleheader when the Eagles take on UT Arlington in Hanner Fieldhouse. All military personnel will receive free general admission, and their family can receive discount $5 general admission tickets. Fans may also take advantage of a $5 ticket if they bring their active-duty or veteran military friends to the game.
The women tip the doubleheader off against the Mavs at 5 p.m., and the men's game is slated for a 7:30 p.m. start. It's Scholar-Athlete Recognition Night, and over 220 student-athletes will be honored for their achievements in the classroom during halftime of the men's game. It's also Throwback Thursday, and fans can submit their favorite oldies songs to be played at the game.
