Price was even through his first seven holes and 1-over after 12. He played his final four holes 1-under with a birdie on hole 17 after a double bogey in hole 15. After some trouble in the early going, O'Toole recovered to shoot even par on his final 12 holes. Simmons posted three birdies to shoot 3-over as an individual, and Fisk played his first eight holes 2-under.
Quotable from Coach Carter Collins"It was a tough day on the course. We have no excuses; it was just bad golf. We have an opportunity to collect ourselves, play hard tomorrow and move up the board to the best of our ability. We're looking forward to the challenge."
