Senior (2018-19): Scoring average of 69.03 ranks as the sixth-lowest in NCAA Division I history • One of three finalists for the Haskins Award - the Heisman Trophy of College Golf • Finished second at NCAA Championship Finals • Named Sun Belt Golfer of the Year for the second time and first-team All-Sun Belt for the third consecutive season • Won medalist honors at the Sun Belt Championship for the second time, becoming the second player in league history to accomplish the feat • Won six tournaments and finished his career with a school record nine victories • Finished in the top-10 nine times and placed in the top-25 in all 12 events he played in • Shot 72 or better in 28 of 36 rounds he played in • Carded a season-low 61 in the second round of the Sun Belt Championship.
Junior (2017-18): Led the Sun Belt and the Eagles and set a new school record with a 69.78 scoring average • Shot 72 or better in 26 of 33 rounds this season and finished in the top-10 in seven of 10 events, including three top-5s and two wins • Named a semifinalist for the Division I Jack Nicklaus National Player of the Year Award, was named to the Haskins Award Watch List and the Ben Hogan Award Watch List and spent a majority of the season ranked in the top-10 for the U.S. Palmer Cup team • Became the first Georgia Southern golfer to earn an NCAA Regional at-large individual spot since Bo Fennell in 1991 • Became the 13th player in college golf history to shoot 60, reaching the mark in the second round of the Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational in October, and he narrowly missed a 16-footer for birdie on his final hole for 59 • His 60 was a school and course record, and he followed that round with a 67 to tie for third • Shot 65 in the final round of the Sun Belt Conference Championship to help the Eagles advance to match play and won his semifinal match to lead GS into the finals.
Sophomore (2016-17): Named first-team All-Sun Belt • Played in all 12 events and led the team with a 71.50 scoring average • Placed in the top-20 seven times and in the top-10 twice • Tied for first with teammate Jake Storey and topped Storey in a 1-hole playoff to win medalist honors at the Sun Belt Championship • Also won both of his matches in match play • Shot a season-low 66 in the first round of the SBC Championship • Placed in the top-30 in nine of 12 events • Shot par or better in 20 rounds, including 12 rounds in the 60s • Tied for seventh at the AutoTrader.com Collegiate (-5) • Tied for eighth in the Schenkel Invitational (-5) and ninth in the Gary Koch Invitational (-2) • Tied for 15th at the NCAA Austin Regional (-1).
Freshman (2015-16): Named Sun Belt Freshman of the Year and second-team All-Sun Belt • Posted four top-10 finishes and placed in the top-20 in six of the first seven tournaments • Tallied a 72.25 scoring average, the seventh-lowest in a single season at Georgia Southern, and ranked 15th in the Golfstat Sun Belt head-to-head rankings • Tied for fourth (73-71-74=218, +2) at the Invitational at The Ocean Course in his first collegiate tournament • Tied for seventh (70-68-74=212, -1) in the Sun Belt Preview • Tied for fifth (72-68-140, -4) at the Kiawah Classic • Fired season lows of 67 in the Schenkel and the Coca-Cola Wofford Invite.
