Second Annual Softball Golf Tournament Set for September 26th

Event will benefit the Georgia Southern Softball team
STATESBORO, GA. – Georgia Southern Softball will hold a golf tournament to benefit the program on Friday, September 26th. The Georgia Southern University Golf Course will host the second-annual tournament which starts at 12:30 p.m. following lunch at the course. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Georgia Southern Softball Program.
The event is set for the afternoon following the football game against Appalachian State.

Opened in October of 2013, the 167 acre tract of land is located six miles south of Georgia Southern's main campus in a residential area of Bulloch County. At 6,900 yards from the Championship Tees, the 18-hole course provides a test for golfers of all ability levels.
