¦ It's all Southern Conference games for the rest of the season for Georgia Southern, beginning with a 7 p.m. contest against league preseason favorite and defending champion Chattanooga Saturday in McKenzie Arena.

¦ Kayla Christopher tallied 12 points and three assists, and Faith Dupree scored 12 points off the bench. Ashlen Dewart posted eight points and seven rebounds.
¦ The Lady Mocs made 11-of-23 from 3-point range with seven different players hitting at least one. Black led the way by going 3-of-5 from downtown.
¦ The Lady Mocs had a 10-point lead midway through the first half but the Eagles stormed back as Knight hit two jumpers, and a DuBose jumper in transition tied the score 22-22.
¦ Chattanooga pushed back ahead, but a DuBose triple cut the margin to 35-30 with 1:52 left in the half. The Lady Mocs took over from there, outscoring GSU 7-2 for the rest of the period and opening the second frame with an 18-4 run over the first 7:40.
¦ Last meeting in McKenzie (1/13/13): Hall scored 16 points and Dewart added 14 to lead Chattanooga to a 75-43 win over Georgia Southern.
¦ DuBose scored 13 points to lead the Eagles, and Frye added eight points, five rebounds and two assists.
¦ Hall was 7-of-12 from the floor for the Lady Mocs and had seven rebounds, and Dewart went 6-of-10 from the field. Kylie Lambert contributed eight points and 10 rebounds, while Meghan Downes and Destiny Bramblett each scored eight points.
¦ The Eagles got down by 18 points in the first half, but used an 18-6 run late in the first period and early in the second to cut the margin to eight, at 41-33 with 14:41 remaining.
Alexis Sams hit two triples during the run, and DuBose added one. Frye scored five points, and Aiysha Wofford added four.
¦ The Lady Mocs responded with a 27-3 run over the next 11 minutes behind 10 points from Hall to put the game away. The Eagles committed 13 of their 17 second-half turnovers during the stretch.
