STATESBORO, Ga. - The challenge has been issued for Eagle Nation to show up in force, wearing white, for Thursday night's game against Wofford. For the 2014 "White Out" one lucky student will win $1,000 from the Georgia Lottery in their "Dollars for Scholars" program.
The standard fare of in-game contests will be part of the program as well as the Walker Pharmacy $5,000 shootout as well as another qualifier for the One 11 South/University Villiage at Southern $7,000 Half Court Shot.
At halftime, Georgia Southern Softball will be honored and there will be a performance by the Euphoria Dance Crew.
