STATESBORO, Ga. – Georgia Southern fans will get the opportunity to see the Eagles play internationally for the first time this fall as the Eagle Men's Basketball team plays in the 2013 Cancun Challenge at the all-inclusive Aventura Palace resort near Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
Travel packages for the once in a lifetime trip are now available by visiting the tournament page at CancunChallenge.net. The resort ballroom is converted to an arena for the tournament, giving fans a unique vantage point for the contests.
Fan packages include: admission to all men's basketball games, preferred Seating at games, accommodations at the luxurious Aventura Palace Resort, transport to/from the Cancun airport to resort, admission to the tournament banquet, unlimited food and beverages,

The Eagles will face Oral Roberts on November 26th in their first game in Mexico with a second round game against either Bowling Green or Presbyterian College set for Nov. 27th.
