Tickets Now Available for Gainesville Regional

GAINESVILLE REGIONAL TOURNAMENT CENTRAL
STATESBORO, GA. – Tickets for the 2013 Gainesville Softball Regional are now on sale through the Georgia Southern Athletics Ticket Office. Fans can get their tickets for the 2013 postseason tournament by calling 1-800-GSU-WINS or stopping by the ticket office which is located adjacent to Paulson Stadium on Lanier Rd.
The deadline to buy tickets through Georgia Southern is Wednesday afternoon at 5 p.m.
Adult all session passes are $25 with single day tickets at $10 each. Seniors age 65+ and college students can purchase tickets for $10 for an all session pass and $5 for a single day ticket.
The Eagles open the 2013 postseason against USF on Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Live Video streaming of each game at the Gainesville Regional will be available on GatorZone.com.
GSU enters its second-straight NCAA Tournament at 32-27, wining the program's second-straight SoCon Tournament Championship and fourth all-time. Two-time SoCon Pitcher of the Year Sarah Purivs went 11 innings in the Eagles' 11 inning win over UNCG on Saturday and has 17 wins this season. Kourtny Thomas provided a walk-off home run to clinch the title, her 12th long-ball of the season.
