The Eagles will send Josh Stevenson to the mound Tuesday. Stevenson is 1-2 with a 5.67 ERA in six starts this season. In his last outing at Charleston Southern, he allowed one run over six innings to earn the win in a 3-2 victory. Stevenson struck out six and allowed just five hits.
Freshmen Michael McClellan and Clint Taylor made their debuts over the weekend against The Citadel. McClellan started on Sunday and went one-for-three, while Taylor made two appearances out of the bullpen and allowed one run over three innings.
Robbie Dodds has nine hits over his last 21 at bats and is hitting .429 in his last five games.

Chase Griffin has started all 35 games behind the plate for the Eagles this season. In his two-year career, Griffin has started 82 times as the team’s catcher. He and first baseman T.D. Davis are the only two Eagles to start every game this season at the same position.
