Georgia Southern Softball Camp set for June 13-16, 2011, at Eagle Field on the campus of Georgia Southern University.
Registration information available on the attached brochure.
Required to participate in any Georgia Southern Softball clinic:
1. Copy of insurance card (front and back),
2. A physical examination form signed by physician within one year from start date of camp
3. Signed release, covenant not to sure and assumption of risk form
(available HERE).
