Men's Basketball to face Austin Peay in BracketBusters

STATESBORO, Ga. --- Georgia Southern will take on Austin Peay in the sixth annual O'Reilly ESPNU BracketBusters it was announced Monday. The game will take place in Clarksville, Tenn. at APSU's Dave Aaron Arena Saturday, Feb. 23 at 8 p.m. EST.
The matchup, one of 50 scheduled for that weekend, will not be televised.
The Governors currently stand at 15-9 overall and lead the Ohio Valley Conference with an 11-3 record. It is the fifth straight season Austin Peay has participated in BracketBusters.
The two schools have met seven times previously with APSU holding a 6-1 advantage. They last met Dec. 12, 1998 in Statesboro with the Governors walking away with an 81-76 victory.
