Jenna Wylie is in her second campaign on the Georgia Southern women’s golf coaching staff. The Eagles took third at the 2018 Sun Belt Championship, the best finish in program history.
Before joining the Georgia Southern staff, she spent the prior two seasons as an assistant coach for the Armstrong men's and women's golf programs. A former Peach Belt Conference Golfer of the Year and three-time WGCA All-American for the Pirates during her career, Wylie graduated from Armstrong with her bachelor's degree in psychology in 2014. The Pirate women won the Peach Belt in 2016 and advanced to the NCAA South Regional in 2016 and 2017.
A native of Fleetwood, England, Wylie was an honorable mention WGCA All-American as a sophomore in 2011-12, advancing to the 2012 NCAA DII National Championships as an individual and finishing 21st. She was named the PBC Co-Player of the Year and a third-team WGCA All-American as a junior in 2012-13 and as a senior, she earned WGCA Scholar All-America and honorable mention All-American honors.
Jenna and former Armstrong State men's golfer Justin Wylie were married in 2016, and the couple reside in Pooler.
