Junior (2022-23) – Indoor: Competed in two meets • Best time in the 800 was 2:23.47 at the Carolina Challenge • Best time in the 400 is 59.36 at the South Carolina Invite • Outdoor: Competed in four meets • Best time in the 400 hurdles was 1:03.24 at the Black and Gold Invite • Ran on the 4x400 relay team at the Texas Relays (3:49.88).
Before Georgia Southern: Spent two seasons at Troy • During the 2022 indoor season, placed fourth at the Camel City Invite with a time of 1:37.33 in the 600m • Saw two top-10 finishes in the 400m, with an eighth-place finish at the BSC Indoor Ice breaker and a ninth-place finish at the UAB Vulcan Invite • Lettered four seasons for Coach Norman Daniels at Brentwood High School in Brentwood, New York • Three-time 600-meter County Champion, two-time 800-meter County Champion • Four-time All-County Athlete in the 600-meter, 800 meters and 4x400-meter relay • Dubbed All-State finisher in 4x400 meter relay and 400 indoor hurdles • Named All-American in the 1600-meter sprint medley relay and 400 indoor hurdles • Holds the school record in the 800-meter, 600-meter, 500-meter, 4x800-meter relay and 1600-meter sprint medley relay.
