Kenendy Finch serves as the Director of Social Media and Analytics for the Georgia Southern Athletics Department. Finch is in charge of implementing the social media strategy for all sports across all platforms and also serves as the swimming & diving SID.
A 2022 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in public relations, Finch is pursuing her Master of Science in sport management on her way to becoming a Double Eagle.Â
During her undergraduate career, she was a member of Phi Mu in which she served as Spirit Committee Head, Intramural Chair, Sisterhood Chair and VP of Chapter Development. Finch also served in on-campus organizations such as Student Government Association, Southern Ambassadors, Public Relations Student Society of America, PHA Judicial Board, Pi Chi and University Singers.
Beginning her PR journey, she worked as the Student Assistant for PR & Marketing at Campus Recreation and Intramurals during the spring of 2021 after serving as a Facility Assistant for two years prior. She then interned with Georgia Southern Athletics in the fall of 2021 as a Social Media Assistant over women's soccer, rifle and softball. After a semester, she was promoted from an intern to a student assistant. She continued that position up until her graduation in May of 2022.
During the summer of 2022, Finch was a Digital Marketing Intern for the CPL team, Macon Bacon.Â
A native of Forsyth, Georgia, she is the daughter of Jim and Kelli Finch and has three siblings, Jimbo, Carli and Max.
