Adrià Aguilar Guerrero joined the Georgia Southern men’s tennis program as a graduate assistant coach beginning in the 2022-2023 season.

Aguilar comes from Saint Thomas University in Miami, Florida, where he obtained his bachelor's degree in International Business with a GPA of 3.74. Aguilar Played for the Bobcats tennis team, being nationally ranked as a team as high as #20 in the NAIA. Before STU, Aguilar was a student-athlete at Harford Community College, where he was named to the presidents list both years he was there. He obtained his associates degree in Business Administration while at HCC. Aguilar played in the No. 6 position for the Owls, where he ended in the Top 10 nationally his freshman season. He was awarded the Heart Award by the HCC athletic department his freshman year.

Aguilar has been a ten-year volunteer with Torneig Arcadi Manchón (2012-2022), an ATP tennis tournament in Spain. Other athletic work history includes working for the HCC and STU athletic departments. Aguilar was also a member of Club Tennis Montbui in Barcelona from 2004 to 2022. He was coached in the academy Top Tennis by Arcadi Manchon from when he was 4 years old until he started college. Arcadi Manchon was the 2nd coach of Garbine Muguruza between the years 2012 and 2015.

A native of Santa Margarida de Montbui in Barcelona, Spain, Guerrero currently resides in Statesboro. He is expected to graduate with a masters degree in May 2024.
