Responsibilities: Cody serves as the primary marketing contact for Men’s Soccer and Baseball. He is responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans and executing in-game presentations and promotions.
Joined GS Athletics Staff: August 2025
Prior to Georgia Southern: Cody previously worked as a marketing intern with App State Athletics. During this time, he played a crucial role in implementing marketing efforts and in-game presentations, particularly during the Wrestling and Softball seasons.
Education: Appalachian State University, 2025, B.S. in Marketing with a digital concentration.
Personal: Son of Chip and Jen Cody, and brother to Ella and Jade. Cody is a native of Canton, North Carolina and currently resides in Statesboro. In his free time, Cody enjoys spending time outdoors and attending sporting events.
