Nikki Donoff serves as the assistant of football operations for the Georgia Southern football program. Originally from Kingsland, Georgia, Donoff graduated from Camden County High School in 2014.
She obtained her B.S. in sport management from Georgia Southern University in May of 2018. During her time at Georgia Southern, Donoff gained experience volunteering and working with sales, game-day operations, player engagement and team operations for football, men’s and women’s basketball, and baseball.
During her senior year, she accepted an operations internship with Georgia Southern football. Upon graduation, she officially joined the football staff and has been with the team since June of 2018, working in the operations side of the program. In her role, she assists the director of football operations in the day-to-day planning of the program, travel logistics and other duties as assigned.
