Finished second on the team in runs scored (46), led team in sacrifice bunts (6), second on squad with 12 stolen bases and second on the team in at-bats (229)... DARTON: Hit .328/.368/.438 with three home runs and 29 RBIs in 54 games for Darton State College in Albany, Ga... Stole 17 bases and was caught stealing just three times... Posted a .957 fielding percentage and committed just five errors on the season... Also appeared on the mound in one contest and allowed a hit.

GEORGIA STATE: Played for the Georgia State Panthers in 2012... Hit .270/.341/.418 with four home runs and 30 RBIs... One of only two Panthers to appear in all 55 games, making 49 starts in the outfield... Posted four triples to lead the team and tied for fourth in the CAA and 10th in school single-season history... Had 15 multiple-hit games and posted a 12-game reached base streak... Named CAA Rookie of the Week Feb. 21 after homering and driving in three with a team-high six runs scored on the opening weekend against Western Illinois... Committed just two errors defensively on the year, fielding at a .983 clip.

PREP: Played for Don Hanson at Pike County High School... Lettered for the Pirates in all four seasons... All-State and Georgia Dugout Club State AA Player of the Year selection in 2011... Four-time All-Regional selection... Finished seventh in career hits (182) in state history... Hit .550 as a senior and helped his team to a state runner-up finish... Named All-Regional in football twice... Also was a member of the track and field team.
