2015 - GoDaddy Bowl MVP

2016-17: Played in eight games, drawing four starts … Battled nagging injuries most of the season which limited his playing time … Was on the field for 240 offensive snaps … Finished the season 46 of 84 passing for 614 yards and four touchdowns … Rushed 69 times for 341 yards and two  touchdowns … Threw for two touchdowns in the opener against Savannah State … Had a season-high 18 carries for 108 yards against South Alabama … Threw two touchdowns at Western Michigan.

2015-16: Played in all 13 games, starting two … Was on the field for 374 offensive snaps … Completed 19 of 48 passes for 227 yards … Carried the ball 80 times for 583 yards and six touchdowns … Named the MVP of the GoDaddy Bowl … Got the start against West Virginia and Western Michigan … Rushed for 103 yards on 16 carries in the Western Michigan game … Had a 45-yard run in the win over UL Monroe … Had a 48-yard run in the Georgia game that set up a touchdown … Had two TDs in the win over New Mexico State on six carries for 51 yards … Had a monster game against Bowling Green as the Eagles won the GoDaddy Bowl … Carried the ball 12 times for a career-high 199 yards and four touchdowns … His 80-yard rushing score in the second half helped put the game away … A big part of the nation’s leading rushing attack … Made the school’s honor roll for his academic work in the fall … Connected with BJ Johnson III for an 18-yard touchdown pass in the Spring Game … Named to the 2015-16 Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll for maintaining a 3.00-3.49 GPA.

2014-15: Played in 11 games as the Eagles’ backup quarterback … Ran 40 times for 385 yards and a pair of touchdowns … Season-long rush of 46 yards came against UL Monroe … Ran for 96 yards and a touchdown against Troy … Ran eight times for 81 yards and a score against Savannah State … Was 19-for-27 through the air for 285 yards and a pair of touchdowns … Was 4-for-4 for 105 yards and a score against Idaho … Went 2-for-3 and 53 yards and a score against Savannah State.

2013-14: Did not see game action due to NCAA transfer rules.
 
2012-13: Redshirted while at Florida International.

HIGH SCHOOL: A dual-threat quarterback who threw for 1,350 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior and rushed for 732 yards and 10 scores … Injury as a senior sidelined him after two games … Played in the 2011 Central Florida High School All-Star Game … The 2011 Florida Today All-Space Coast first-team quarterback … Named Associated Press all-state honorable mention as a junior … Total of 1,384 yards in 2010 more than doubled previous school-best mark … Earned a three-star rating from Rivals … Excelled at two other sports at Astronaut High School, recognized as a Florida Today All-Space Coast selection for basketball and track … Ranked No. 25 nationally and No. 1 in Florida in the high jump and won 2012 Space Coast Conference title (6-10) … Earned All-Space Coast track & field first team honors as a senior.
