2018-19 Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll

FIFTH YEAR (2022): Batted .275 in his final season with the Eagles, starting in 32 games in the 44 games he played on the season … Scored 15 runs during the 2022 season to take his career total to 51 … Had a career-high in RBI with 24 … Also had the highest on-base percentage of his career with .373, and had a perfect fielding percentage … Had a career high 50 put-outs and one assist from left field.

SENIOR (2021): Started 10 of the 20 games he appeared in this season... Tallied one home runs and drove in eight RBIs this season... Scored three runs and collected one double... Started in left field for the Sun Belt Tournament Championship game...  

JUNIOR (2020): Appeared in 12 of the 16 games, starting in 10… Hit .211 on the season, ranking first on the team with five doubles… Drove in three RBIs and collected eight hits… 

SOPHOMORE (2019): Played in 41 games with 25 starts...Ranked fourth on the team with a batting average of .292 in 96 at bats with 16 runs scored...Ranked third on the team in slugging percentage at .469...In a 7-2 win against Kennesaw State, Searcy hit two home runs in four at bats tallying 4 RBIs. 

FRESHMAN (2018): Played in 30 games with 22 starts… Made 15 starts in the outfield with seven at designated hitter… Hit .222/.360/.319… Opened his career with a home run in his first collegiate at bat, a pinch hit homer against Georgia (2/16)… Put together a six-game hit streak between March 3rd and 10th… Recorded 16 hits in 72 at bats with 13 runs scored, 14 RBIs and two home runs.

PREP: Played four seasons at Atlantic Coast High School under coach Joel Davis… Twice named all-state and All-Gateway Conference… Named Perfect Game 2017 Florida All-Region Second Team… Hit .380 as a senior… Led the city of Jacksonville in RBIs as a junior… Also played football for two seasons… Played travel ball for FTB Mizuno with coach Trevor Berryhill.
