Softball 2017 Game Day Promotional Schedule
Ongoing Promotions:
Sunday Funday – During every Sunday game, fans are encouraged to bring their dogs behind the outfield to watch the game (Bark in the Park). We will also let a kid make an announcement during the game (Little Eagle Announcer). After every game, kids will be able to run the bases and enjoy post-game autographs/meet and greets at select games.
A T-shirt will be thrown out for every GS strikeout and home run.
Quiz – A question will be asked and the first person to the marketing table with the correct answer will receive a prize.
Team Trivia – A question about a team member is read. The first person to the marketing table with the correct answer will win a prize.
What Year Was It? – Three clues of notable events during a certain year are read. The first person to the marketing table with the correct year will win a prize. Each person is limited to one guess.
Softball Selfie – Fans are encouraged to tweet a selfie at the game and use the hashtag #GSSoftballSelfie. One lucky picture will be featured on the GS Softball Twitter page.
Survivor – Six names are entered into a hat, and one name is drawn every inning. The last name in the hat will win a prize.
Name That Tune – A song is played and a chosen contestant must guess the correct song title and artist. If correct, the contestant will win a prize.
Softball Bingo - If it happens on the field, you can mark it off your card. The first three people to get Bingo will receive a Domino's Coupon for a free pizza.
Saturday, April 1st vs. Louisiana (1pm, 3pm)
• Spring Football Special: Bring a roster card from the spring football game and receive a free t-shirt.
• Baseball Game Discount: Bring a program from the softball game and receive a $5 discounted ticket to the baseball game vs. ULM. The baseball game starts at 6:30pm.

Saturday, April 8th vs. Coastal Carolina (1pm, 3pm)
• Striking Out Breast Cancer (Pink Game): The Statesboro-Bulloch County Breast Cancer Foundation will be present to collect donations, decorate the stands, and raise awareness. Breast cancer survivors will be recognized.

Saturday, April 22nd vs. Texas State (1pm, 3pm)
• Alzheimer’s Awareness Game (Purple Game): Alzheimer’s Foundation will be present to collect donations, decorate the stands, and raise awareness. All affected will be recognized.
• Alumni Weekend: GS softball alumni are invited back for pregame activities and in-game recognition.
