STATESBORO - Georgia Southern women's tennis will be in action for the first time this Fall over the weekend, hosting the Georgia Southern Fall Shootout at the Wallis Tennis Center beginning on Friday.

Kennesaw State, Mercer and South Carolina State will be in action along with the Eagles in both singles and doubles action from Friday through Sunday. Complete draws and results are available all weekend long on the tournament website here.

Competing for the Eagles this weekend will be juniors Nanaka Kijima and Juliette Nask; sophomore Mackenzie Leopold and freshmen Hannah Eifert, Franzi Heinemann, Amelie Rosadoro and Evelyn Warkentin.
