SAAC Hosts Food Drive At Home Events Beginning Friday

Georgia Southern asks for donations to help benefit the Statesboro Food Bank
STATESBORO - The Georgia Southern Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is sponsoring a food drive to help benefit Bulloch County and the Statesboro Food Bank beginning with Friday's home volleyball match against James Madison.
Representatives from Eagle sports will be at six different home events from October 25 to November 16 soliciting canned food donations. The full schedule of events that Eagles will accept donations at is below. This initiative is a partnership with APEX and SAAC and fans are encouraged to drop off canned goods at the games to help support this initiative.
