STATESBORO – Georgia Southern head softball coach Sharon Perkins announced the launching of The Diamond Club, a rewards-based giving society designed to benefit the Eagle softball program and its student-athletes.  

The Diamond Club is open to donors, player parents, alumni, and softball fans to help support Georgia Southern Softball. Multiple giving levels allow fans access to exclusive gear and experiences. Proceeds from the Diamond Club directly benefit the team through academic needs, equipment, team travel, facility upgrades, and more. 

"We are super excited about starting this booster club!" Perkins said. "Donating is a way to give back if you had the opportunity to experience the life of a student athlete. It is also a great way to invest in the success of these talented individuals and help them compete at their highest level and take with them amazing memories for the rest of their lives."
