Georgia Southern continues its fall schedule by making its seventh appearance in the Fighting Irish Classic, hosted by Notre Dame at Warren Golf Course in South Bend, Indiana. It's the Eagles' third straight appearance in the event, and they took runner-up honors last season.
Georgia Southern will start on holes 7-10 and will be paired with Louisville and Iowa in the first two rounds.
The Eagles return to the course the following week at the Bank of Tennessee Collegiate, being played Oct. 8-11. GS has played in the event each of the past two seasons, placing fourth in 2021 and fourth last year.
