Six Eagles will compete in the event Friday.
STATESBORO – Six members of the Georgia Southern track and field team will compete in the 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays Friday at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin, Texas. The meet will be televised live on The Longhorn Network.
NaJ Watson will run in the 100 and in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays, and Imani Moore will run in both relays. Kennedy Hood and Montse Rodriguez will run in the 4x100 relay, while Megan Bolton and Donisha Jeanty will run in the 4x400 relay.

The Eagles opened the outdoor season at the Black and Gold Invite in Orlando, Florida, March 17-18, where Watson broke the Georgia Southern record in the 200 with a time of 23.23. Her time was the best in the country and in the Sun Belt, and the freshman was named the Sun Belt Track Athlete of the Week.
Following this weekend's competition in Texas, Georgia Southern returns to action at the Spectown Classic, hosted by Georgia in Athens, April 6-8.
