Eagles Place Four on CSC Volleyball Academic All-District Team

Kirsten Barrett, Rebekah Farthing, Jillian Gray and Ashlyn Lovett all made the team
STATESBORO- Georgia Southern placed four student-athletes on the 2023 Volleyball Academic All-District Team, as announced by College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA) Tuesday afternoon.
The four Eagles named to the list are sophomore setter Kirsten Barrett (3.78, Public Health), senior defensive specialist Rebekah Farthing (3.93, Marketing); junior outside hitter Jillian Gray (3.95, Management); and junior libero Ashlyn Lovett (3.74, Marketing).
Barrett and Gray appear on the list for the first time, while Farthing and Lovett each make their second appearances on the list. Each of the four will advance to voting for All-America selections.
