Barth Named Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Week

STATESBORO – Fourth year outside hitter, Reagan Barth, was named the Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Week following the Eagles weekend sweep of the GATA Challenge. Barth also earned a spot on the GATA Challenge All-Tournament team and was named the Most Valuable Player of the tournament.
The Lenexa, Kansas, native tallied 43 kills over the entirety of the tournament, posting 3.91 kills per set and producing a hitting percentage of .327 throughout the weekend. Barth added three service aces including a stretch of crucial serves to clinch a five-set victory over Eastern Kentucky on Sunday. Defensively, Barth added 19 digs and collected seven total blocks, producing 50.5 points.
