Men's Soccer Earns Five CSC Academic All-District Honors

STATESBORO - Georgia Southern placed five student-athletes on the 2023 Men's Soccer Academic All-District Team, as announced by College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA).
The five Eagles who earned honors are graduate student forward/midfielder Mauro Gutierrez-Solis (3.57, Interdisciplinary Studies), sophomore forward Jack Ireland (3.68, Construction Management), junior midfielder Kevin Pierre (3.81, Sport Management), senior midfielder Manuel Prieto (3.65, Exercise Science), and junior midfielder Jacob Sandun (4.0, Management).
This is the first time each of these student athletes have earned CSC Academic All-District honors.
