STATESBORO – The seventh-seed Georgia Southern men's tennis team is set to take on second-seed South Alabama in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament in Peachtree City, Ga, on Thursday, April 14. First serve from the Peachtree City Tennis Center is set for 2 p.m.
The Eagles and the Jaguars have already matched up once this season. That match-up saw the Jaguars escape Statesboro with a 4-2 win over the Eagles.
The winner of this match will move on to face the winner of No. 6 seed UTA vs. No. 3 seed Louisiana on Friday, April 15. On the other side of the bracket, the winner of No. 5 Troy vs. No 4 Coastal Carolina will move on to face No. 1 Georgia State, who has a first round bye as the top-seeded team.
Every match in the tournament will be broadcast on ESPN+. The conference will provide live stats for every match.
