
PREVIEW: Eagles Set to Host College of Charleston on Thursday

STATESBORO - The Georgia Southern men's tennis team will be back in action on Thursday, February 10 as they host the College of Charleston Cougars. First serve is set for 1:00 p.m.
SERIES: The Eagles sit at 27-17 all-time against College of Charleston with their last loss coming in 2013. The two squads met last season with Georgia Southern coming out on top 5-2 in Statesboro.
COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON OUTLOOK: Coming off a 6-1 win against SCAD, the Cougars enter the match with a 1-2 record. Last season, they finished the season with an 8-8 record, eventually losing to William & Mary in the CAA Championship quarterfinals.
UP NEXT: The Eagles will begin a six game road trip beginning with a match against UNC Greensboro and including a match against conference rival, Coastal Carolina. Both of these matches will take place in Conway, SC. The Eagles will face UNCG at noon on February 12 and will face Coastal Carolina at noon on February 13.
