NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Georgia Southern men's tennis team fell in non-conference competition to the Belmont Bruins on Saturday evening by a final score of 7-0.
The afternoon began with the doubles matches, where the Bruins swept the doubles matches to quickly take the 1-0 advantage. In the singles matches, Valentin Dun and Laurent Julia Calac were both able to push their matches to a third set, but they both fell after the third set. Belmont would go on to sweep the singles round and win the match, 7-0.

UP NEXT: The Eagles will return home to host a pair of matches in the Wallis Tennis Center against South Carolina State and Mercer. The SCSU match is scheduled for Sunday, March 6, at 1 p.m., and the Mercer match is scheduled for Friday, March 11, at 2 p.m.Â
