SAVANNAH, Ga. – Jack Boltja tied for sixth, and Luke Dasher tied for ninth as four Georgia Southern men's golfers competed as individuals in The Savannah Intercollegiate at Crosswinds Golf Club over the weekend.
Boltja shot 73-69-72=214 (-2), and Dasher totaled 75-69-71=215 (-1). Lindsey Cordell shot 74-70-77=221 (+5) to tie for 25th, and Ian Glanton tied for 32nd after shooting 79-71-72=222 (+6).
Boltja made six birdies, including five on the back nine, on his way to a 69 in yesterday's second round. The freshman followed it up with a 72 today, which was keyed by an eagle on the 499-yard, par-5 10th.
Dasher made seven birdies in yesterday's second round and birdied three of his last five holes to shoot 69. The sophomore backed it up with six birdies today to shoot an even 72.
