STATESBORO - Georgia Southern Head Women's Basketball Coach has announced the addition of two signees during the early signing period. Kanija Daniel (5-10, G/F, Carrollton, Ga.) and Liv Fuller (5-10, F, Clearwater, Fla.) have signed National Letters of Intent to join the Eagles for the 2023-24 campaign.

Kanija Daniel
5-10 • Guard/Forward
Carrollton, Ga. / Carrollton HS
Two-time first-team All-Region honoree at Carrollton HS (2021, 2022) ... Also earned second-team All-Region honors in 2020 ... Has scored 1,000 points in her high school career for the Trojans ... Averaged 11 points, six rebounds, 2.5 assists, 3.1 steals and 0.7 blocks per game in 2021-22 ... Plays for head coach Shon Thomaston.
Coach Howard: "Kanija Daniel is a lengthy guard that can be a disrupter on the defensive end and a playmaker on the offensive end. She comes from a winning high school program and knows what it takes to compete for championships. Her versatility will allow her to play multiple positions in our system. We're excited to have her join the Eagle family and look forward to her lighting up Hanner next season!"

Liv Fuller
5-10 • Forward
Clearwater, Fla. / Clearwater HS
The 2021-22 5A Player of the Year as selected by the Florida Athletic Coaches Association (FACA), Fuller averaged 18 points, eight rebounds, three assists and three steals per game as a junior for the Tornadoes ... Has passed her 1,000 point and 500 rebound career milestones going into her senior season ... Plays for head coach Darian Dublin ... Also competes for the school's flag football team ... Plays club for Hoop Dreams Elite.
