QUOTING COACH MURPHY
"Every game is a stand-alone event, but we have been going through a rough patch with injuries and challenging fixtures as of late. Playing the schedule that we do will pay dividends, but the growing pains can be tough to take in the short term. We will not feel sorry for ourselves, and it is only us who get back to our high standards that we had earlier in the season. This is a group that I believe in, and I am confident that we will turn it around. I believe we learned some tough lessons tonight, and all we can do is apply them in training every day. We will travel back to Statesboro with that in mind in preparation for South Carolina on Tuesday."
